Breaking and Breathing



Finding lees and less time to do these posts, I am finding that most of my time outside of work is mainly sleeping. I now know why most therapists only last 5 years on average. My body is braking and tired all the time. 

the place that I am working is run and owned by a corp. There are certain thing that I don't like but its a job. Yesterday I did a 10 hour day and massaged 6 hrs of 6 people of plain deep tissue. On Saturday I did 2 events and massaged 5 hrs worth of people. Thank God I have today off. 

right now self care is the most important thing for me to do. I never did really care for it, but right now I am craving it. I have made a scheduled for myself to do for now on. Its going to be hard to jump into but I am sure that I will be able to feel better in a few weeks.

7am- wake up
yoga and grounding
watering plants and feeding fish
Banana
read artical on planning and such
draw 
take a walk and bring camera
Breath
Lunch
go to work

go to pool and swim 10 lap on Sun and Wed nights
blog (I have to put this in here or I wont do it)
Breath
Draw  
Read
Youtube
ground/Meditate
Sleep

Maybe that will help. maybe no but I need to try. Breaking is not in the schedule.
